You will need to give the application permission to RUN.
Once this screen appears, an alert has been sent to Deni B Help Me!
Deni will reach out, you will be prompted to allow Remote Control.
You have 30 seconds to hit the [Allow]
After installation, an “S.O.S” button will be added for future use. (for most users)
Once launched, you may see either of the two screens. If the button [Request support] is present, click it. (an alert is then sent to Deni B Help me!)
If not, Enter your name (if not already populated) and click on Allow Remote Control.
If you see the widget below instead, Enter your name and clock on “Allow Remote Control.”
