Deni B Help Me, LLC was officially incorporated in August of 2016. Its principal owner is Deni Beale. Deni brings nearly 20 combined years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, and program administration in both the K12 Education and Local Government sectors.
Deni is an honorably discharged Army veteran. She earned Master Trainer Certification while working with Army Family Team Building in Ft. Drum, New York. She has earned both level I and level II certification as a Certified Finance Officer (CFO) from the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government. Most recently, she has earned Project Management Qualified (PMQ) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) certification from Management & Strategy Institute (MSI).
Deni got her start in local government as an Accounting Coordinator for Sumter County Board of Commissioners. She left government to implement software used by governments and school districts with Computer Software Innovations, CSI (later known as CSI Technology Outfitters and now a Harris School Solutions company). Deni decided to leave CSI to work with Emanuel County Schools as the Coordinator of Human Resources. After leaving Emanuel County Schools, she joined Tyler Technologies as an Implementation Specialist. Deni had been with Tyler Technologies for about a year when an opportunity arose for her to join Softdocs in their new professional services department. In 2011, she joined Softdocs as an Implementation Consultant, she later ascended to the role of Professional Services Manager for K12 & Local Government.
Leaving the corporate world to become a full-time consultant in her own LLC was a big decision but not necessarily a tough one for Deni. She had always wanted to work with the clients directly to assist in ways that were considered “out of scope” with her corporate affiliation or project. As a corporate employee, Deni was told that she “cared too much for the clients” and often “appeared to put the client first instead of the company.” This is no longer a concern and the ability to represent the client’s needs first is a welcomed change!
